Good to know

• Works for a small starter, or for flour, sugar, coffee or tea on the counter.
• Mark the starter's level with a rubber band after feeding so you can see how far it rises.

Care

Hand wash the glass in warm soapy water. Wipe the lid and spoon with a damp cloth and let them dry; do not soak the wood or put it in the dishwasher.
