Shipping policy

Where we ship

We ship to street addresses in the contiguous US states and Washington, DC. Shipping to Washington State is temporarily paused. We cannot currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, APO/FPO military addresses or PO boxes, and we do not offer international shipping.

Processing and arrival

Orders normally dispatch within 3 business days. Allow an estimated total of 10-15 business days from placing your order to arrival, including processing. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding US public holidays. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees.

Our products ship from US warehouse stock. Items in one order may come from different warehouses, so they can arrive as separate parcels on different days.

Shipping charges

Standard shipping is free on every order to the destinations above. Applicable taxes are shown separately at checkout.

Tracking and delays

We email tracking information when it becomes available. If we cannot dispatch within the stated processing time, we will contact you with an update and the choice to agree to a revised shipment date or cancel for a full refund. If we do not receive your agreement to wait, we will cancel and refund the unshipped order by the original dispatch deadline.

If your parcel has not arrived by the end of the estimated delivery window, or tracking shows a problem, email proofandscore.hello@gmail.com with your order number. We will investigate with the fulfilment partner and arrange a replacement or refund if the parcel is confirmed lost. You do not need to deal with our supplier directly.

Address changes

Check your delivery address before paying. If you spot an error, email us promptly. Once an order is processing or dispatched, we may be unable to change its destination.
