Enameled Cast Iron Dutch Oven for Bread, 5 qt

Good to know

• Cast iron is heavy and gets very hot. Always use oven mitts on the pot, lid and handles.

Care

Let it cool before washing. Clean with warm water and a soft cloth or sponge; a short soak helps with stuck bits. No dishwasher, no microwave, no steel wool, which can damage the enamel.
