Good to know

• Oven-safe up to 500°F (260°C), per the maker. Works on induction, electric and gas stovetops.
• Comes pre-seasoned with vegetable oil, so it is ready to use after a rinse.
• Proofing baskets hold dough before baking. Do not put them in the oven.
• Cast iron is heavy and gets very hot. Use oven mitts on the pot, lid and handles.

Care

Wash by hand, dry right away, and wipe on a thin coat of oil to keep rust away. No dishwasher or microwave.
